This page explains how to contact Betting Not On Gamstop, what we can help with, and, just as importantly, what we can't. We are an independent review site. We are not a bookmaker, and we can't see or change anyone's betting account.

Details of who we are and how we work are on our About Us page. If your question is about how this site may be used, see our Terms and Conditions.

What you can contact us about

  • Corrections: an outdated bonus term, a wrong payment detail or a broken explanation on one of our pages.
  • Reader feedback: topics you'd like covered, such as free bet terms, wagering requirements, withdrawals or sports markets.
  • Your experience with a listed bookmaker: we read reports about delays, verification problems or unclear terms. We use them to inform future reviews, but we can't investigate or settle individual cases.
  • Business and partnership enquiries: we may earn commission from some links on this site. Commercial relationships do not decide rankings, and we will not take payment to change a rating.
  • Website problems: pages that won't load or links that don't work.

How to reach us

Use the contact form or email address shown in the site header or footer, wherever it appears for your device. We have not published a phone number or a live chat service, so please don't expect either. We don't give out personal contact details for individual staff.

What to include in your message

  1. The page address or title you are writing about.
  2. What you read, and what you believe is wrong or missing.
  3. Any source you can point to, such as the bookmaker's current terms page, with the date you saw it.
  4. Your preferred reply name. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers or identity documents.

We aim to answer sensible enquiries, but we can't promise a reply time or a reply to every message.

How we handle corrections

Bonus terms, payment options and limits change often. Our figures are based on researched and reviewed publicly available information, last checked on 1 October 2026, and they reflect bookmaker advertising rather than our own account activity. We have not placed bets or made withdrawals to check them. Always read the bookmaker's own terms before you deposit. Where a reader flags a verifiable change, we update the page and the date shown at the top.

If your problem is with a bookmaker

We can't resolve disputes, release withdrawals or reverse account decisions. Take these steps instead:

  1. Contact the bookmaker's customer support in writing and keep copies of every message, screenshot and transaction reference.
  2. Use the operator's formal complaints procedure if the first reply doesn't settle it. Check its stated timescales.
  3. Check which licence the operator holds and which dispute route, if any, that licence provides. Sites outside the UK Gambling Commission system may not offer the same recourse as a UK-licensed bookmaker, and an operator accepting British customers is not the same as being authorised to serve Great Britain.
  4. Complete any identity or source-of-funds checks requested promptly, as these are a common cause of withdrawal delays.

Our guide to non GamStop casinos explains more about licensing and terms to check before you sign up.

If gambling is causing you harm

Please don't use a contact form to ask for urgent help. These services are independent of us and free:

  • GamCare: confidential support and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133.
  • BeGambleAware: information and advice for you or someone close to you.
  • GAMSTOP: the free UK service for self-exclusion from licensed online gambling, with periods you choose.

Deposit limits, loss limits, blocking software and self-exclusion are covered on our Responsible Gambling page. Gambling is for adults aged 18 and over, and should never be treated as income or a way to solve money problems.

Questions we are often asked

Can you recommend a bookmaker for me personally?

No. We can't give personal advice. Our reviews explain features and conditions so you can decide for yourself.

Can you get my winnings paid?

No. We have no link to any operator's payments team. Use the bookmaker's complaints process and the dispute route attached to its licence.

Do you accept paid placement?

Commission may be earned from links, but it does not buy position or change ratings.
